Heritage Place is located in Clark County off of Highway 403.  All city utilities and amenities are provided for in this prestigious community.  The benefits of living in the city, but having the feel of the country are available here.  Heritage Place was the site for the 2003 HBASI Home Expo and 2007 BTASI Home Show.  There are a few lots left in Phase I, and Phase II is underway.  Homes start in the 220's.

Westridge Forest is one of Floyd County's newest and most exclusive neighborhoods.  Located in between Georgetown and Lanesville the homeowners have large wooded lots, rural living, and the expressway is only 5 minutes away!  Westridge Forest was the site of Home Expo 2005 and is building out very quickly!  Homes start in the 300's.
